About the Role

As a Langham Service Agent at The Langham Sydney, you will be handling guest bookings, and ensuring every stay is seamless. You will connect with guests, coordinate with teams, and bring a touch of luxury to every interaction.

Responsibilities

- Ensure all Room Reservation enquiries are handled professionally, efficiently and accurately over both email and phone.

- Contribute positively to the achievement of sales & revenue budget through conversion of reservation enquiries into sales.

- Handle all incoming calls into the hotel and redirect as appropriate.

- Handle all hotel food & beverage outlet reservations.

- Process all In‑Room Dining orders from hotel guests.

Skills & Experience

Your skills and experience will include:

- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

- Ability to demonstrate a commitment to outstanding customer service.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail, flexible with working hours and reliable.

- You have availability throughout the week, public holidays and on weekends.
