About the role

We are seeking a Site Administrator to join our Asset West team. As the Site Administrator, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administration support for the Asset West Field & Facility teams (up to 100 rotating personnel).

The Site Administrator acts as a central contact point to ensure that all administrative tasks for Asset West are handled with integrity and confidentiality and to the highest standard.

This role also works closely with their colleagues in the Asset East Administration team, with a Cross Asset support approach.

More about the role

- Provide a professional, welcoming first point of contact for all site visitors and personnel.

- Support the day-to-day operation of the Site IOC and collaborate with management.

- Own the site induction, personnel profile management, and access card processes.

- Coordinate all travel, accommodation, and rosters for site personnel using INX and DIMO.

- Oversee essential site assets like Red Radios, Fuel Tags, keys, and assist with technology support.

- Manage procurement activities, stock inventories, and assist with monthly reporting (like Fuel Reconciliation).

- Handle crucial tasks like document management, report prep, meeting minutes, and raising Purchase Requisitions.

- Champion health, safety, sustainable development, and promote Diversity & Inclusion across the site.
