Sous & Junior Sous Chefs - Join SkyCity Adelaide's kitchen team at a new premium Chinese restaurant launching this year.

We are seeking passionate Sous & Junior Sous Chefs to help bring this new concept to life. If you thrive in fast-paced fine dining environments, take pride in your craft and want to be part of something truly special, we would love to hear from you.

About You

Working closely with our Head Chef, you will assist in leading a team of chefs during service where you will execute menu items from start to finish. You will have proven experience working in a similar environment that is a fast paced fine dining environment. You will have exceptional service standards with faultless attention to detail. You will have a positive attitude, be a confident communicator and be willing to work as part of a team, cementing your ability to work well under pressure. Availability for peak times is a must.

Of course, it goes without saying that you will also possess the relevant qualifications as well as your Food Safety Certificate.
