We are the lead agency within South Australia for economic,digital and financial policy outcomes. We play a vital role inproviding financial services to the community and economic andfiscal policy advice to the Government of South Australia.

About the Role

As South Australia's Government Chief Information Officer, youwill lead the State’s digital, cyber security and technologyagenda. This senior executive role is responsible for settingwhole-of-government strategy, overseeing digital infrastructure andservice delivery, and leading the State’s response to cyberand telecommunications crises.

You will represent South Australia in national andinterjurisdictional forums and drive innovation in emergingtechnologies, including AI, data and digital platforms that supporta more secure and connected government.

About You

You are an accomplished leader with:

- Deep expertise in ICT, digital transformation and cybersecurity.
- Proven success leading complex portfolios andhigh-performing teams
- Experience in strategic policy and governance at awhole-of-government level
- Exceptional communication skills and the presence toinfluence at the highest levels
- The ability to collaborate across jurisdictions, industryand government.
- An inclusive, empowering leadership style focused ondelivering results
