We are a national NDIS provider delivering Allied Health support across over 300 locations in Australia to thousands of community participants with services including Occupational & Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology, and Physiotherapy.
Job Description
We are open to discussions with OTs of all experience levels who enjoy the flexibility of working in the community.

Daily responsibilities include:
- Managing caseloads and delivering therapeutic services.
- Assessing participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions through clinical observations and assessments.
- Formulating treatment goals based on assessment findings.
- Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Supporting environmental adaptations at home, school, work, and residential settings.
- Recommending assistive technology to promote independence.
- Ensuring compliance with current legislation.
Qualifications:
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Proactive, motivated by improvement, and open to learning new ideas.
- Seeking a fun, collaborative, and supportive work environment.
- Ability to work independently.
- A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
