About the role

BaptistCare is one of Australia’s largest home care providers and a leader in service quality and innovation. We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist part-time 3 or 4 days per week, to join our growing team in the Campbelltown/Liverpooland surrounding area.

You will deliver evidence-based Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement and restorative care. Your work will help older people maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence to remain living at home.

You will be joining an established and supportive group of health professionals who share a passion for helping older Australians live well. Together we help people feel loved, valued and respected every day.

About you

- Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration

- Demonstrated ability to assess occupational therapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community

- Post graduate experience working with in a variety of aged care services, including rehabilitation and community settings

- Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models

- Confident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Demonstrated computer literacy

- Alignment with BaptistCare’s values and mission

- Current first aid certificate or willingness to obtain

- Unrestricted driver’s licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third‑Party Property Damage car insurance.
