The team consists of physiotherapists, OTs, dietitian, speech pathologist, social workers and Allied Health Assistants. This position requires a dynamic OT to work within Mercy Health which provides services to the older person in our community therapy, palliative care, GEM and transitional aged care units.* Bachelor or Masters in Occupational Therapy (essential).* Provide assessment and interventions for older clients using evidence-based practice, working with a multidisciplinary team.* Understanding of complex care for older people and interest in the aged population - including equipment prescription, home modifications, cognitive changes.**What you’ll bring** You’re resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart.
