At Kanda, we’re building a team in Cairns to support people with disabilities to live their best lives. Whether you’re experienced in care or just starting out, if you’re compassionate and reliable, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

- Support NDIS participants with trauma-informed care
- Use positive behaviour support to help clients thrive
- Encourage independence and emotional wellbeing
- Work in home & community settings with flexible shifts

What we’re looking for:

- A current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- Availability across a range of shifts (including sleepovers)
- Experience in disability, aged care, or mental health is great – but not essential. If you’re caring and keen to learn, we’ll support you to succeed.
