HOBAN Recruitment is recruiting for the role of APS5 level Property Officer on behalf of our client, located in either Parramatta or Penrith, NSW . This position plays a vital role in supporting the delivery and maintenance of a large government property portfolio, ensuring efficient and effective facilities and corporate services operations. About the Role As an APS5 level Property Officer, you'll support the management of property and corporate operations, including maintenance, leasing, and shared services. This is a hands-on, office-based role that involves stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and supporting national initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

Engaging and monitoring third-party property and corporate service providers.
Responding to property-related and operational enquiries from staff.
Contributing to team planning, task assignment, and workflow monitoring.
Managing consumables, stationery, carpark ballots, and fleet vehicles.
Supporting the development and implementation of team policies and procedures.
Assisting with fleet, mail, and other corporate services functions.

About You We're looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment. You will have:

Proven ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines.
Experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to resolve moderately complex enquiries.
Understanding of policies and legislation relevant to corporate or property operations.

Desirable:

Experience in property management, facilities, or corporate services.
Previous experience in a government or large corporate setting.
