- Lead daily operations, staff management, and service performance

What You'll Bring

- Proven experience as a Centre Director/Manager
- Diploma of Children’s Services (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Blue Card + First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
- Deep knowledge of NQF, NQS, EYLF and QKLG
- Strong communication, leadership and admin/financial skills (Xplor preferred)
