Your Impact as Centre Director
Lead the daily operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
Develop and inspire a high-performing team of educators through coaching, mentoring, and support
Foster strong partnerships with families and the local community
Oversee enrolments, occupancy growth, budgeting, and resource allocation
Drive continuous improvement aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
What You’ll Bring
Diploma or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent approved by ACECQA)
Proven leadership experience as a Centre Director or Assistant Centre Director
Strong understanding of EYLF and NQS
Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and decision-making skills
Current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
