About the Organisation Starting before the centre opens, you’ll work closely with a highly approachable Area Manager to help establish the service and build your own team. Once open, you’ll be backed by a strong leadership team, including a full-time off-the-floor Assistant Director and a dedicated Educational Leader, giving you the opportunity to focus on what you do best — leading, inspiring and driving success.

Management Responsibilities
- Mentoring and team management
- Sound understanding of the Early Learning Years Framework
- Sound understanding of service compliance
- Experience in staff rostering
- Qikkids software or similar
- Strong understanding and experience in performance management
- Experience in financial reporting and budgeting
- Building a positive partnership with families
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma of Children Services or Bachelor of Early Childhood (ACECQA recognised),
- MUST have at least 2-3 years full time experience as a centre director capacity or higher in a medium size service
- Current WWCC or VIT
- Updated First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma
- High Level of written and verbal communication
- Strong understanding and application in staff management
- MUST have Full working rights in Australia
