About the Role

The Senior Account Manager will oversee account management teams while building and maintaining strong client relationships. This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth project delivery and a consistently high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Strategic Account Manager with administration and client workflow

- Run reports, check stock, and monitor project timelines

- Deliver clear, accurate, and timely information to clients

- Manage client requirements and support informed decision-making

- Accurately complete paperwork and reporting

- Update client pricing and product information on the company website

- Prepare quotes and respond to customer enquiries

- Maintain strong and effective working relationships

- Adhere to company processes, policies, and procedures

- Ensure an exceptional client experience at all times

Skills & Experience

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated experience in account management, particularly across major accounts

- Knowledge of SEO and PPC

- Proven ability to build positive client and colleague relationships

- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach

- Highly organised, adaptable, and reliable

- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities

- Experience in printing, apparel, promotional, or product sourcing industries (advantageous)

- 5-10 years experience
