Our client is a well‑established, forward‑thinking accounting firm based in the outer eastern suburbs of Melbourne, known for delivering high‑quality service to its clients and fostering a supportive, team‑oriented culture.

As an Accountant or Senior Accountant within the Business Services team, you’ll be a valued team member working closely with Managers and Partners who will provide mentorship and support to help you grow your career.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation of income tax returns for individuals, companies, and trusts

- Preparation of financial statements and management reports

- Work with complex business groups on tax advisory tasks alongside Managers and Partners

- Communicate with clients and provide exceptional service as required

About You

- Minimum 4+ years of local public practice experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Commerce

- CA/CPA qualification completed or in progress (highly regarded)

- Full working rights in Australia

- Strong problem‑solving ability and confidence to think on your feet

- Seeking a stable, long‑term career within a supportive team
