The PEP Studio Portfolio Lead is responsible for the end‑to‑end process and execution of the growth acceleration plan against the Seasonal, Cultural & Gifting pillar, owning the process from product concept ideation to launch.

Job Overview

This role is accountable for the development and flawless execution of Pep Studio portfolio projects including concept ideation, product development and in‑market launch.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Develop human‑centric innovation able to deliver against category opportunities identified in SDD (e.g., seasonal, gifting, protein, multicultural/international aisle)

- Ideate innovation from concept to launch, including product ideas, consumer research validation, packaging development and shopper materials development

- Commercialise innovation from concept to launch, ensuring flawless execution through project‑management excellence

- Lead cross‑functional project teams to deliver complex projects to agreed first‑shipment/in‑market dates

- Present key project updates at Pep Studio board forums

- Assess and communicate the feasibility of innovation projects

- Communicate milestones and timelines to project teams and key stakeholders to enable on‑time, on‑budget delivery

- Collaborate with commercial teams and Category Pep Studio Manager to enable successful project execution

- Communicate risks and issues, implementing appropriate mitigation and contingency plans

- Ensure quality inputs to Pep Studio accelerated Gate Documents

- Deliver Pep Studio KPIs focusing on 3‑Year Innovation NR, stick‑ability and incrementality

- Support Pep Studio lead to build new process/frameworks for Pep Studio projects

- Lead overall artwork readiness with suppliers and internal stakeholders (New Work forum)

Qualifications

About you:

- Project manage multiple projects within a fast‑paced, complex environment

- Manage direct reports and teams

- Strong understanding of FMCG functions: Marketing, Sales, Category, R&D, and Supply Chain

- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, managing significant change and time pressure

- High business acumen: commercially savvy, able to connect across work streams and understand key P&L drivers

- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to collaborate and influence peer groups and senior stakeholders

- Deliver project feasibility assessments

- Leadership skills: set agenda, ensure project teams are clear on expectations and deliverables

- Problem‑solving, recommend course‑correction actions to enable on‑time delivery

- Self‑starter with high drive for results and ability to work independently

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 7+ years experience

- Direct project‑management experience preferred, especially in innovation

- Marketing and/or Category Innovation experience preferred
