We are passionate about providing an accessible high-quality service to the rapid growing, diverse community we serve.* Full Time – Permanent Role.* Provide quality and high-level mental health assessments, formulations and recommendations for clients that have been referred.* Offer consultation to referring teams and recommend appropriate service linkages.* Attend regular multidisciplinary clinical reviews to discuss referrals escalate challenging situations as appropriate.**Additional expectation about the role:*** Possess critical skills set in providing assessment and monitoring of patients' physical and mental state and confidence in putting relapse management plans and safely managing a deteriorating consumer.* Provide highly responsive and flexible service to consumers and carers in times of need.* Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and the confidence to advocate for clients as and when required.* Be available to offer clinical supervision to junior staff members when required.* Possess exceptional judgement skills which will support the prioritization of referrals.**What you will bring to this position:**You’re resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart.
