Position Overview: As a Project Coordinator, you will support the ongoing success of a diverse range of building assessment and data capture projects by overseeing contract delivery, program and financial management, risk, and quality assurance. This role involves resource allocation, onboarding, team management and maintaining compliance with occupational health and safety (OH&S) regulations. Effective communication with key internal and external stakeholders is critical.

Key Responsibilities

- Project delivery management including program and financial management, reporting, risk, quality assurance and assessment schedule control.
- Providing technical input from inception to completion of projects, including defining element lists, key deliverables and defining clear project scopes.
- Resource allocation, including recruitment and onboarding of resources with appropriate skills, qualifications and experience and provide ongoing mentorship/guidance throughout the project timeline.
- Ensuring project OH&S management and compliance with company guidelines and legislative requirements.
- Continuous improvement, development and implementation of procedures, systems and controls to ensure highest quality outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

- Valid Australian Drivers License.
- Tertiary qualification in the built environment (engineering, building surveying, architecture, construction, asset/facilities management, project management) highly advantageous.
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager in the Asset management or Building consulting sectors.
- Demonstrated capability in contract delivery management including, financial, and risk/OHS management, and adherence to quality assurance, industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Detail-oriented and solution driven with a high level of commitment to quality outcomes.
