Medical Receptionist – Join a family-friendly team

gforce is seeking a warm, professional, and engaging Medical Receptionist to join our client’s dedicated team on a part‑time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a community‑minded clinic where compassion, teamwork, and high‑quality patient care are at the heart of everything they do.

As a key member of the front‑of‑house team, you will help shape the patient experience and contribute to the smooth, modern, and efficient running of the clinic. You’ll be joining a workplace that values collaboration, encourages new ideas, and supports ongoing development.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing the appointment schedule

- Responding to patient telephone enquiries

- Assisting patients who present to the Practice

- Forwarding correspondence and messages to practitioners and management

- Billing patients at the end of consultations

- Receipting payments and preparing daily banking

- Entering data using the Best Practice system

- Assisting with referrals, pathology bookings, and X‑ray appointments

- Maintaining records including scanning, filing, and photocopying

- Monitoring supplies and notifying the Practice Manager when stock is required
