We have an exciting opportunity for a Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team at Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park. As a key member of our culinary team, you’ll be responsible for delivering a consistently high-quality breakfast offering to our discerning guests, showcasing fresh Victorian produce and elevating the first meal of the day into a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

- Deliver a consistently high-quality breakfast offering to discerning guests, showcasing fresh Victorian produce and elevating the first meal of the day into a memorable experience.

Qualifications

- Flair for breakfast cooking and a passion for delivering high quality food made with care; thrives in a hands-on role where you can take charge when flying solo.

- Ability to achieve high quality taste and presentation of breakfast items which our guests will rave about.

- Impeccable organisational skills to ensure smooth operations during peak periods.

- Team player with a great personality and a passion for delivering food at a standard that complements our boutique product.

- Ability to work under pressure, take initiative, and work both independently and collaboratively.

- Positive mindset and a can-do attitude.

- Understanding of food safety and HACCP principles.

- Appropriate trade qualifications.
