Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bar Supervisor to join our passionate and supportive team at Crystalbrook Byron. This 5-star resort is nestled in 45-acres of magical subtropical rainforest and celebrates nature, responsible luxury, and the local environment.

The role involves collaborating with our guests by:

  • Creating an exceptional bar experience that keeps our guests wanting more.
  • Providing warm and genuine service.
  • Anticipating and responding to tricky requests and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Taking an active interest in providing on-the-job coaching and training to the Drink guides.
About You

We are looking for a seasoned Bar Supervisor with:

  • Considerable experience in premium bar environments.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated passion for the hospitality industry and specialty in high-quality service.
  • Great attention to detail, being one step ahead of guests' needs.
  • In-depth knowledge of sequence of service and product knowledge.
  • The passion to take on other ad-hoc duties as required.
  • Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
  • Friendly and confident communication skills.
  • NSW RSA essential.
  • Able to commit for a minimum of 12 months.
