Job Description

This role blends customer care with logistics coordination making it the perfect role for someone who thrives on variety, problem-solving, and building strong relationships. You'll be the go-to person for customer inquiries, order processing, and delivery coordination, helping ensure every client experience is smooth, professional, and positive.

The Successful Applicant

As a Sales Support Coordinator, you are expected to provide exceptional customer service and sales support through accurate order processing, timely responses, proactive communication, and teamwork. This role involves a mix of administrative tasks and direct support for the business development team and our members. The core goal is to ensure smooth efficient sales operation and superior customer service.

Our ideal candidate has:

- A strong background in customer service or retail (you're confident, capable, and customer-focused)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with systems like SAP or B1 (a bonus, not a must)
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
