Chef Manager - Aged Care/Retirement - Warnervale, NSW

Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint a passionate Chef Manager at one of our key aged care sites in Warnervale, a lovely town in the Central Coast, NSW.

Organising day-to-day operations; this is the ideal role for someone who wants to provide a fantastic meal experience to our residents and values a well‑run kitchen without working weekends.

What This Role Involves

- Dual responsibilities in food preparation / presentation and site management
- Ongoing seasonal menu development & refinement
- Demonstrable team management, development & leadership
- Preparing and presenting texture‑modified meals
- Bulk cooking experience required

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

- Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
- Food Safety Supervisor certificate
- Experience with managing food & operational costs
- Previous experience in operating kitchens and/or site management
- Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
