The George Darby Hotel is open and is located at the corner of King and Darby Street in Newcastle.

We are looking to employ a number of chefs and kitchen hands to join our team and start work immediately.

George Darby Hotel offers a public bar, restaurant space and a dedicated sports bar.

Our kitchen is open to serve our customers 7 days per week from 11am until 10pm. We are a fast-paced kitchen, serving high quality food to cater for all tastes, from a casual bite whilst enjoying live sport, to an elevated meal with friends and family celebrating life's special moments.

About You

  • Prior experience working as either a Chef or kitchen hand.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Team player.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • A "can do" attitude.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
