The role of the ICT Support Technician entails providing essential frontline IT support services to students, staff, and parents, ensuring effective resolution of technical issues, and maintaining smooth operations across all user groups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support and Maintenance: Provide end-to-end IT support for users and equipment, ensuring operational continuity and adhering to ITILv4 standards. Manage user accounts, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain the IT asset database.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional technical support with professionalism and empathy to parents, students, and staff. Proactively meet academic staff's technical needs and maintain positive user experiences across the school community.
- Proactive Monitoring and Improvement: Utilise monitoring tools to identify and resolve potential IT issues before they impact users. Continuously improve ICT services to enhance sustainability and efficiency within the organisation.

While the primary responsibilities of the position are articulated, it is expected that the incumbent will engage with the School community and participate fully in a range of events and activities.

About You:

At Haileybury we are seeking exceptional people. We are looking for a team player who brings the following skills and experience:

- Minimum 2+ years of end-user support experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Active Directory, Intune/SCCM, and Apple iOS device management.
- Certified in Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator Associate and CompTIA A+.
- Familiarity with current protocols, operating systems, and IT standards.
- Customer service-oriented with strong prioritisation skills, effective communication, self-motivated team player capable of independent work in a small team.
