We’re looking for a passionate ICT Service Technician to join our dynamic ICT team and help shape the digital experience across Scope. This is more than just a support role — it’s an opportunity to contribute to life‑changing services that empower people with disability.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Deliver responsive, people‑focused ICT support across Scope sites.

- Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, mobile devices, networks, and other tech.

- Help staff use Microsoft 365 and digital tools effectively and securely.

- Maintain accurate ICT asset records and support the full technology lifecycle.

- Contribute to projects, system improvements, site rollouts, and documentation.

- Champion great user experiences — ensuring technology works for people, not the other way around.

What You Bring

- Experience supporting Windows, iOS, and Android environments.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365.

- Skills in troubleshooting networks, hardware, and audiovisual equipment.

- Familiarity with ITSM tools and ITIL processes.

- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Certificate IV in IT (or equivalent experience).

- A current driver’s licence and the ability to meet NDIS & WWCC requirements.
