You will work across a breadth of specialities, along with a collection of small to medium sized businesses who are varied in their nature.

You will be on the tools and your days will be filled with a lot of the accounting practices and tasks you would be used to at your level.

You will have the opportunity to take your career down whatever paths suits you – that could be:

- Customer focused: develop relationships with clients and be able to deal with problems or queries as they arise for them.
- Process focused: enjoy investing in the processes and systems to streamline how work gets done quicker and better.
- Team focused: maybe you want to learn how to manage a team which could include responsibility for an offshore team down the track.
- Industry specialisations: we love industry specialisations and can provide the opportunity to specialise in a specific industry, for example the real estate industry [which we are well known for].

Depending on your ambition and desires, you have the opportunity to grow, specialise and progress your career in a direction tailored to your strengths and interests.

You will be a great fit in the team if you:

- Are CA/CPA qualified or nearly qualified
- Have a solid grounding in accounting and tax principles, are taking on complex work and already dealing with clients or mentoring more junior team members
- Love technology and have worked with Xero [although not a deal breaker]
- Are focused on getting it right and getting it done
- Have a genuine interest in helping clients and be able to build rapport
- Like being part of a team and contributing to the culture
