What you’ll do

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed your individual and team sales objectives.

- You’ll be the product expert, providing in-depth knowledge and support for our range of medical devices and broader company offering.

- Provide in-theatre clinical support for our range of single-use medical devices.

- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals, ensuring they are fully educated on the use of our products.

- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor landscape to inform own territory planning and provide insights to broader team.

- Attend conferences and industry events as needed.

- Provide exceptional support, addressing any technical issues and ensuring service excellence.

What you’ll bring

- Tertiary qualifications in Nursing or Allied Health advantageous.

- Experience in an operating theatre environment.

- Ambitious, self-motivated and resilient.

- Ability to travel within territory and occasionally beyond.

- Proven track record of building professional and strategic relationships.

- Experience within CRM such as Salesforce highly desirable.
