About the role
We’re seeking an EUC Engineer to provide hands-on end-user computing services for customer sites across Ipswich and the surrounding region. This role requires a driver’s licence and your own car, as you’ll travel between multiple client locations. You’ll work directly with end users, supporting Microsoft 365, Intune, and VMware AirWatch in a busy enterprise environment. You’ll also take part in a 1-in-3 on-call roster to provide after-hours support.
What you’ll do
- Provide onsite EUC support across Ipswich and surrounding client sites.
- Deliver day-to-day support for Microsoft 365, Intune, and VMware AirWatch.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, requests, and escalations.
- Configure and maintain devices, applications, and endpoint policies.
- Collaborate with your EUC team and escalate issues as needed.
- Participate in a 1-in-3 on-call roster.
What we’re looking for
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Intune and VMware AirWatch / Workspace ONE.
- Current driver’s licence and own vehicle (essential).
- Prior experience providing EUC support in enterprise environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Availability to work onsite 5 days per week and join the on-call roster.
