IEPro are currently working with a leading civil construction contractor to find qualified Engineers to join their team on regional projects across Queensland and New South Wales. This organisation delivers a range of civil infrastructure projects and offers long-term stability, career growth, and the opportunity to be part of a highly experienced team.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Engineers who are looking to play a key role in the delivery of complex civil projects across regional locations. FIFO and DIDO options are available, with rosters including 5/2 and 10/4.

The responsibilities will include:

- Delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards

- Monitoring project costs, forecasts and financial performance

- Preparing, reviewing, and updating programs and lookaheads

- Providing technical and engineering support to the site delivery team

- Coordinating subcontractor procurement, progress claims, and variations

- Leading the development of work plans and ensuring compliance with project specifications

- Managing project risks and identifying solutions to maintain delivery performance

- Working collaboratively with supervisors and project teams to achieve successful outcomes

About You

Our client is seeking Senior Project Engineers with:

- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related discipline

- 8+ years’ experience in civil infrastructure projects

- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and cost management

- Ability to interpret technical drawings and raise/manage RFIs

- Sound commercial awareness and subcontractor management experience

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills

- An excellent safety record across previous projects
