They advise some of the biggest names in finance, retail, services and FMCG.

The Role

As a Senior Research Manager you will work across a mix of strategic ad‑hoc and continuous work, focusing on brand, CX and innovation. You’ll spend approximately 20% of your time on a large‑scale international brand tracker for a major client (recently expanded to include North and South America) and the remainder on ad‑hoc strategic studies in finance and FMCG (conjoint, segmentation, CVP development, etc.). This is a client‑facing role with full end‑to‑end project ownership: from proposal input to questionnaire design, analysis (Q) and delivering insight‑rich, strategic outputs.

What You’ll Bring

- 4+ years’ experience in a commercial research agency or consultancy

- Strong client management and project delivery skills

- Proven ability to design research instruments and extract story‑led insights

- Proficiency in Q and a head for numbers and behavioural patterns

- A naturally curious mindset and strong initiative

- Comfortable applying frameworks to business challenges and influencing decision‑making
