We are now excited to invite applications for the role of **Research Manager** to join our Intelligence team in either **Melbourne or Sydney**. **The role:** As the **Research Manager**, you will be supporting the development and execution of key research projects within the Intelligence team, assisting the Research Directors in managing on-going tracking projects, generating actionable insights from various data sources as well as managing the research tools and day-to-day communication with internal stakeholders and clients. **Core responsibilities:** **Q Research experience (essential)** Minimum 3 years’ experience conducting quantitative primary research, including scoping objectives, developing methodology, questionnaire design, manage fieldwork, data analysis, reporting and presenting resultsDemonstrated ability to understand and interpret data from multiple sources (quantitative, qualitative, secondary, syndicated, etc.) Exceptional written and oral communication abilities Strong knowledge of basic statistical methodsand strong analytical skills Working knowledge of survey software tools (Desired but not essential) Good visualisation skills (Desired but not essential) Media knowledge/experience (desired but not essential) SPSS experience (desired but not essential)
