SAL Consulting is a leader in the field of neurodevelopment, attachment and a trauma-informed (NATI ©) practice, an accredited provider of Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT) through the Child Trauma Academy in the USA, an accredited NDIS Provider, and a Registered Training Organisation.

We are looking for a vibrant Administration Support Worker to join our team of professionals. You will be a problem solver, someone who is proactive, energetic and organised. As an Administration Support Worker at SAL Consulting you will play an important role in supporting our Practitioners and Operations Team with administrative tasks that include:
- General office administration and management tasks and reception duties including purchasing, mail, office tidying and upkeep, catering, room booking
- Support with meetings coordination including preparing agendas and documents and minute taking
- Property, asset & fleet management including liaising with Real Estate agencies, keys & key register, procurement of resources, property and fleet cleaning & maintenance arrangements
- Managing remote or interstate travel arrangements including travel bookings, permits, purchasing and preparation
The position will be a good fit for someone who has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, great interpersonal & communication skills, friendly nature, and a sense of humour.
We are a small but growing company, and so the right candidate will be flexible and adaptable, open to a change and able to respond to a growing company’s needs and assist with processes improvement.
The position is part time (equivalent to 3 days per week, ideally working shorter hours across 5 days per week, but we are happy to be flexible) based in our office in Winnelie, with an option to negotiate some flexible working from home time.

Desired Skills and Experience
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE SEEKING:
- Proficiency in general administrative tasks
- IT skills, including proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Capability to prioritise, organise and manage own time and workload in a high volume environment
- Initiative, flexibility and ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
Due to the nature of our business, it is required that our staff have WWC and NDIS Screening clearances, and a current and valid driver licence.
