You’ll join a major transformation in the education sector, supporting HCM initiatives as the organisation transitions to SAP and modernises workforce processes. Working alongside senior BAs, PMs, and functional experts, you’ll contribute to analysis, documentation, and delivery across HR, payroll, and workforce management projects.

What you will do

- Support analysis and requirements gathering for HCM-related projects.
- Document processes, workflows, and functional requirements.
- Work closely with senior BAs and project teams to ensure alignment.
- Engage with stakeholders across HR, payroll, and operations.
- Assist in testing and validating solutions during implementation.

What you will have done

- 3–4 years as a Business Analyst or Project Analyst.
- Exposure to HR, payroll, HCM, or workforce-related projects.
- Experience in large, complex programs in education, healthcare, or similar.
- Skills in stakeholder engagement and requirements documentation.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with multiple moving parts.
