Project Coordinator (Consulting through FinXL)

Responsibilities

- Update the project portfolio management plans.

- Generate and follow up on monthly project status reports.

- Provide administrative support to Project Leads, including PO and work order creation.

- Organise and coordinate meetings for managers.

- Take and distribute meeting minutes.

- Create presentation packs.

- Provide support with financials and Capex reporting.

Key Skills & Experience

- Experience in pack creation.

- Experience with budget management and reporting.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

- Excellent organisational and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage project risk summaries and roadmaps.

- Strong communication skills for following up with team members.
