The Role
As the Senior Unit Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing high level planning, resourcing and administration support to the Capital City Network, Audio division. The role is a fixed term 18month contract, working two days per week (Thursday and Friday) job share arrangement and flexibility to work ad hoc extra days to cover absences would be appreciated.
You will prepare and coordinate staff engagements and contracts, organise meetings, managing office supplies and equipment, and support the delivery of live events and key initiatives. You/'ll also coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements, including preparation of travel proposals, costings and logistics.
You will undertake finance administration activities, including monitoring budget performance and forecasting.
You/'ll lead, develop, and maintain rostering best practice within your team, utilising Internal HR Systems and SAP to maintain accurate timesheets.
