Nurse Unit Manager - Aged Care - Relocate to Regional South Australia

Talent Quarter are proud to partner with a small Aged Care provider seeking a dedicated Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) to lead and inspire the clinical team in delivering exceptional care. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Clinical Manager seeking career growth.
Benefits- Base salary up to $131,000 + super
- Salary packaging
- Relocation assistance $15,000
- Monday to Friday hours
- Full time 38hrs per week

As the Nurse Unit Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the unit, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, lead clinical governance, and mentor staff to uphold best practice standards.
Duties include- Lead and manage nursing and care staff across a small 60 bed
- Maintain compliance with clinical standards, policies, and aged care regulations
- Promote a positive, respectful, and safe environment for residents and staff
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in clinical care
- Coordinate rostering, staff development, and performance management
- Registered Nurse (AHPRA registration) with minimum 5 years' post-graduate experience
- Proven leadership experience, ideally in aged care
- Sound understanding of aged care standards and person-centred care principles
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for rural health and making a difference in a local community
