Overview

As the Senior Unit Coordinator, you will provide high level planning, resourcing and administration support to the Capital City Network, Audio division. The role is a fixed term 18‑month contract, working two days per week (Thursday and Friday) with a job share arrangement and flexibility to work ad hoc extra days to cover absences.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and coordinate staff engagements and contracts
  • Organise meetings, manage office supplies and equipment
  • Support delivery of live events and key initiatives
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements, including preparation of travel proposals, costings and logistics
  • Undertake finance administration activities, including monitoring budget performance and forecasting
  • Lead, develop and maintain rostering best practice within your team, utilising Internal HR Systems and SAP to maintain accurate timesheets
About You
  • Exceptional administrative and logistical skills with accuracy; advanced computer skills and ability to use software including UKG and SAP Finance
  • General experience in rostering, time and attendance systems, and experience in operational rostering and time and attendance management
  • Deep knowledge of scheduling tools and practices
  • Highly organized, reliable, and keen to learn; ability to work collaboratively with teams and communicate with external stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure, managing competing priorities to ensure timely completion of work
