We approach our work in a warmer, more optimistic, and inclusive way.JLL is a global leader in helping clients envision where people live, work, play, shop, and eat.**What this opportunity involves:**We are seeking an experienced Administration and Retail Coordinator to join our team at a retail centre in Toowoomba Reporting into the Centre Manager, you will focus on accounts payable as well as support Operations, Marketing and Admin. You'll also a key touchpoint for the customer service team.A snapshot of the role:* Maintain accurate centre databases and information systems* Oversee contractor compliance, tenancy inspections, and car park operations* Maintain emergency equipment and conduct safety audits* Process CCTV requests and manage documentation* Handle filing, compliance monitoring, and liability management* Provide reception support and administrative assistance* Support Accounts Payable/Receivable processes* Assist Marketing, Operations, and Centre Management teams* Ability to manage difficult situations with customers, retailers, contractors* Strong Customer Service Skills* Basic financial accounting/book keeping* Able to deal with irate customers and retailers and belligerent contractors* High integrity* Sound Communication* Planning and organizing (time management critical)* Proven attention to detail* Able to work under pressure* Ability to self-manage, prioritise and be flexible**What you can expect from us:**As an organisation, we don’t just accept that we are a place of many different people, but we embrace it, we celebrate it, and we proactively support the needs that difference brings.
