What you’ll do
- Define and deliver the product vision across Consumer Credit Cards
- Develop and manage roadmaps, specifications, and long-term strategies aligned to business goals
- Own and manage product P&Ls, business planning, and financial modelling to deliver commercial outcomes
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders, influencing decision-making and building strong relationships
- Stay ahead of digital trends and UX developments to drive product innovation
What you bring
- Hands-on senior product management experience 7+years (credit/debit cards or consumer finance)
- Strong commercial mindset with proven experience working with product P&Ls
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments – proactive, hands-on, and solutions-focused
