- Be the Customer Advocate: Champion the voice of the user at every stage, embedding real-world feedback into design decisions and prioritising features that deliver real value.
- Lead with Insight: Define success metrics and leverage data to drive continuous improvement, ensuring products evolve in step with user expectations and market trends.
- Design with Purpose: Uphold a product philosophy rooted in creativity, innovation, and practical problem-solving—ensuring every solution is as inspiring as it is effective.

- Strategic Communication: Skilled in engaging internal and external stakeholders, with a strong ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Adept at using analytics and performance metrics to validate assumptions, guide product strategy, and drive continuous improvement.
- Matrixed Organisation Expertise: Deep understanding of navigating product development within complex, cross-functional environments.
- Creative-Technical Balance: Ability to harmonise innovative design thinking with engineering precision, ensuring products meet both user expectations and high technical standards.
- Trend-Focused Mindset: Analytical and forward-thinking, with a passion for staying ahead of emerging trends in wireless audio, video technology, and companion applications.
