💼 The Role
As an Account Executive at Varicon, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle — from first contact through to closed deal and handover.
You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive revenue growth and deliver outstanding experiences for our clients in the civil construction sector.

🔑 What You’ll Do
- Manage and qualify inbound leads to build a strong pipeline
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and challenges
- Deliver engaging product demos that clearly show Varicon’s value
- Build business cases and ROI models to help customers buy with confidence
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed monthly targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and strong CRM hygiene (HubSpot)
- Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and improve the customer journey
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market needs
🎯 What You’ll Bring
- 2–4+ years in full-cycle B2B SaaS or technology sales (construction tech a bonus)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Consultative selling approach with the ability to build trust and urgency
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent organisational and CRM management skills
- Driven, curious, and self-motivated with a growth mindset
- Based in Melbourne and available for a hybrid working model (3 days office / 2 days WFH)
