Reporting to our awesome Retail Talent Acquisition Lead, this role supports a team of 4 powerhouse recruiters delivering casual and entry level recruitment across Cotton On Group's 650+ stores and DC across Australia.

This isn’t just admin. It’s the engine room of Talent Acquisition - fast-paced, high-volume, and full of opportunity.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Supporting the end-to-end casual recruitment process - from ad posting to onboarding
- Owning key admin milestones across our weekly rhythms and TA lifecycle
- Being the go-to for everything casual recruitment - across Retail + DC
- Getting amongst it - visiting stores, connecting with managers, and understanding what makes our teams tick
- Playing a key role in the execution of our **Peak Recruitment Project**:

- In time, stepping into management recruitment support as volume requires

**What You Bring**:

- Initiative, hustle, and heart
- Killer admin skills and ability to juggle priorities like a pro
- Attention to detail that makes you the glue of our team
- Confidence to build relationships across our store network
- A passion for retail and people - you get what we do and why it matters
- Ideally studying (or completed studies in) HR, Psychology, or Recruitment - but not essential
