WHO GIVES A CREPE is looking for a full time (at least 38 hours per week) Pastrycook to join their team.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Inspecting factory floors and tools for hygiene readiness prior to initiating production in line with safety guidelines
- Assessing incoming food supplies and calibrating portion measurements for processing
- Blending and transforming ingredients into bakery-ready textures through fermentation, shaping, and conditioning
- Crafting internal layers and centers for baked desserts and savory treats
- Tracking heat consistency and visual cues on baked items to fine-tune cook durations
- Managing workflow for batch processing, from dough formation through cooling of baked assortments
- Adding final touches such as sweet coatings or artistic finishes to prepared baked goods
- Using automated systems to shape pastries and portion dough into uniform biscuit formats
Skills and experience:
• Relevant Qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience
• Good time management
• Good organizational skills

Position: Full Time (at least 38 hours per week)
Location: HAMILTON HILL WA 6163
Salary: $70,000 – 90,000 per year
