Part‑Time Retail Professional – Highpoint Performance Store

We are on the lookout for a Retail Professional to join our Highpoint Concpt Store in VIC on a PART‑TIME basis. This role requires fixed weekly days and hours on selected weekdays or weekend days. If you’re an efficient, proactive retail sales enthusiast with a passion for sport and would love to work for a global brand, then we are looking for you

Key responsibilities

- Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them

- Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers’ expectations

- Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In‑Store Communication standards

- Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store’s entire product offer is represented on the sales floor

- Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way

Requirements

To be successful in your application, you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Working Hours

Availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends. Please include your availability in the application.
