- Permanent full-time role located in Boronia
- Leadership experience either as a Team Leader, or have taken on senior or acting leadership responsibilities within the disability sector.
- Hands-on experience supporting individuals with complex behaviours and work with individuals who need high-intensity and specialised support.
- Strong knowledge of person-centred active support.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and team-building skills.

As a House Coordinator in one of our services you will work with a team on and off-site of specialists with one common goal – to create meaningful opportunities for people with a disability to belong and thrive.

We act bravely
To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:
- Valid Drivers Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children/'s Check (Employee)
- Current Level 1 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years.
