We are seeking a diligent and proactive Paralegal to support our Commercial & Regulatory practice. This role is essential in providing research, document preparation, and case management support to lawyers and partners, ensuring our clients receive seamless, high-quality service.

About the Role

As a Paralegal, you will assist in drafting documents, conducting legal research, preparing case files, and managing matter timelines. You’ll work closely with lawyers on transactions, compliance matters, and litigation, gaining hands-on experience in complex and sensitive cases.

Salary Range

Salaries for Paralegal roles range from $75,000 to $90,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with drafting and reviewing contracts, correspondence, and legal documents.
- Conduct legal and factual research to support case strategy.
- Prepare briefs, court documents, and matter summaries.
- Manage matter files, deadlines, and document control.
- Liaise with clients, counsel, and regulatory bodies under lawyer supervision.

Skills and Experience

- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in progress or completed.
- Experience in a legal environment (1–2 years preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
