Store Manager - Robina | Gold Coast
Our client, a leader in large format retail, is expanding and looking for a passionate retail leader to drive the success of their brand-new Robina store.
About the Role
As Store Manager, you'll inspire and lead a dedicated team, creating an exceptional customer experience while ensuring smooth store operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Motivating and coaching your team to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Delivering outstanding service and fostering a customer-first culture.
- Managing stock, merchandising, and store presentation to the highest standard.
- Mentoring staff and building a collaborative, high-performing team.
- Playing a key role in the company's growth journey.
