PeriscoPe Digital Pty Ltd is seeking a talented and experienced Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role based in Burleigh Heads, QLD, you will be responsible for spearheading our SEO strategy and driving the organic growth of our clients' online presence.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website visibility, rankings, and organic traffic for our clients
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-value opportunities and guide content creation
- Optimise website content, structure, and technical elements to improve search engine performance
- Monitor and analyse SEO metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations to clients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices, and adapt strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with the content, development, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and effective digital presence
- Mentor and train junior team members to build a strong, knowledgeable SEO team
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong track record of delivering successful campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Proficiency in using SEO tools and technologies, such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEMrush
- Strong technical skills, including website structure, content optimization, and technical SEO
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- A creative and strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and execute innovative SEO campaigns
