Project Administrator – Mining & Engineering Projects

We are seeking aProject Administratorto support the Senior Project Manager and a dynamic multi-disciplinary team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth coordination and administration of project activities, contributing to the timely delivery of key milestones.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive administrative support including formatting documentation and managing project-related correspondence.
- Coordinate project activities such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes to facilitate effective team communication.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, and external stakeholders, acting as the primary contact for project-related administrative enquiries.

About You

- Certificate III or IV in Business
- Considerable experience in a similar administrative or project coordination role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical writing and document review capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
