ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager with a strong background in public relations, strategic communication, and institutional marketing to lead our brand development and corporate communication efforts. This role will oversee the planning and execution of key marketing campaigns, stakeholder engagement, and brand positioning initiatives to strengthen our company's presence and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic communication plans to promote services and enhance corporate reputation.

Lead public relations activities, including media liaison, stakeholder engagement, and event management

Coordinate institutional marketing efforts targeting government, industry partners, and corporate clients

Organize and oversee high-profile corporate events and community engagement programs

Manage internal and external communications to ensure consistent and effective messaging

Support sales strategies by providing communication tools, presentations, and promotional materials

Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and stakeholder feedback

Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies and industry bodies

Skills and Experience Required

Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field

At least 3 years' experience in public relations, strategic communication, or institutional marketing

Proven track record in managing large-scale events and stakeholder engagement

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to work effectively with multicultural teams and external partners

Experience in telecommunications or related industries is a plus, but not required.
